- A Twitter poser of Danielle Peazer (also known as Liam Payne’s girlfriend) posted an interesting post recently, telling everyone that the Niall Horan smoking picture is a fake. Also alot of other blogs are saying this picture was edited. Still, there have not been any news from Niall on this subject.
